Fridge didn’t work room smells cob webs everywhere. Dirty. I was going to go ask for my money back but to tired went to bed. I stayed here a couple of years ago it wasn’t bad. I don’t know new owners or what not good.

We chose this motel for its location and convenience of a quick trip thru Camrose. However, the rooms are filthy. The walls are covered in all sorts of gross spots. The bathroom has blood on the wall and by looking at it you can tell it hasn’t been washed in a VERY long time. There’s dirty handprints above the toilet. All the high touch areas are not being cleaned (fridge handle, cupboard handle, light switches). The sheets are covered in someone else’s hair. On top of that the people staying above us were loud and woke up at 4 am to watch their tv and stomp around. I would never recommend this place. I would make sure to tell someone not to go here!

We checked in late, owner not friendly. Dirty sheets, bathtub and no clean cups. Worst Motel or Hotel ever, not recommended very cheap.

The staff were great and the bed was nice. The bathroom and furniture could have used some cleaning. The tub needed a scrub! But for a cheap hotel it was alright.

Haven’t slept in 2 days … didn’t know checking with Expedia could end like this Motel 6 that i usually use was full so I took this one nearby… for the same price … how ? Won’t go back to that place and probably won’t use Expedia ever again … trust is gone

I had booked a room with a kitchenette so we wouldnt have to go to a restaurant all the time, i called the day i was arriving to confirm room as well as it having dishes, cutlery, ect and the lady told me everything was in it. Pots, pans, dishes ect. There was nothing but 1 mug!!!! I had to go out and buy cutlery, plates, cups bowls and i couldnt cook food as there were no pots & pans. There was 3 of us in the room and only hiven 1 face cloth, 1 hand towel and 2 small towels. The walls were scuffed and drywall tape coming off through the paint, it is very outdated. Floors were decent & that was it. They even tried to charge me more for the room so i had to verify my expedia confirmation to them. Not happy at all

I didn't want to touch anything inside. Cracks in the windows, pests, can see the ground from under the door, footprints and grime in the tub, dust on the heater, spills on the walls. Absolutely effin disgusting. Door wouldn't shut unless you slammed it, walls shook from the floor above. TV was stuck on a text box, prompting a channel list run that would not, run. Kitchen counter had both a kitchen sink and a porcelain sink, side by side. Germs on my toothbrush, no thanks. Customer service was horrible, so grumpy.

Clean but had a stale odor… probably was a smoking room at one time. No extras such as drinking glasses or coffee cups (there was a coffee maker and coffee), luckily I had a used MacDonalds cup. Check in was easy and the front desk person was very nice.
