Have stayed at this property before and quite like it, but paid for an upgrade this time (3 double beds) and quite disappointed that the pool, one elevator and ice machine were broken down. Nice to have the option to use the pool at the sister hotel across the way, but definitely not worth the over $100 upgrade for an extra small bed.

First room checked into was not cleaned or tidied up at all. Second room the tv didnt work. The first morning at 7:30 there was very little to no breakfast left.

The only thing that should be fix is the hot tub railing. It has come out of the floor and is not safe!

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was a great size, clean with nice amenities. The pool and waterslide were lots of fun for the family.

Amazing! I would recommend this hotel to anyone else. Excellent breakfast. One thing that I noticed was the bathroom lights flickered when turning them on.

This property is dated. At a minimum, all hotels should have USB port for charging devices.

Great experience.
Nice clean hotel. Bad lighting in bathroom for getting ready but other than that it was a great experience. Great breakfast and easy parking in a good location.

Overall the hotel is really nice. Great location and friendly staff. Breakfast was decent. They were falling behind in cutlery when we were there. Kids were running up and down hallway until 10:45 or so which was annoying.

A great hotel, poor conflict resolution
Overall this hotel was great, but had poor service. We stayed in a room that had a constant alarm going off, we reported it to the front desk, they acknowledged the buzzing/beeping, but couldn’t give us another room, because we booked on hotels.com, they told us, we would have to cancel our room, and book a more expensive option with them, if we wanted a different room. The front desk did get someone to fix the room, however, at 2 AM both nights the buzzing/beeping kept coming back, which they acknowledged again, and said it was a problem with the heater/furnace unit. 2 nights, both nights trying to sleep through an alarm, with zero help from hotel.
