Staff are extremely courteous and helpful. Team are eager to assist. GM Mary Duong went above and beyond to assure we were taken care of. free fresh fruit were sent to room every day, thank you cake in the evening, even 2 free x 1 hour massage session. She made sure we were comfortable and well taken care of . Room was always clean and new linens everyday. Breakfast, lots of choices and delicious. The location was great. Opposite the market and we were able to walk to museum and the river.

The Writeria in Saigon is a true hidden gem. I recently stayed for two weeks and was thoroughly impressed. The staff's hospitality is exceptional, making me feel welcome and well-cared for throughout my entire stay. The location is absolutely perfect, situated close to all the main tourist attractions and some of the city's best restaurants. Despite its central location, the accommodation felt very secure and private. The value for the price is outstanding—I truly felt like I got more than my money's worth. I can't recommend The Writeria enough and will definitely be back on my next visit to Saigon.

Very nice hotel. Great location and service. Very walkable. Would stay again. FYI, they have 2 location, basically next door of each other.
