"Awesome overall! We checked-in 4am and checked-out 8am smoothly. They allowed us to park until 5PM-ish while we explored Zion Nat’l ParkD. Walking distance to Shuttle #5. Will book again ;) "

"For the price you do not get much. You get a small room and if you are lucky you dont have stairs. The rooms are noisy. The parking is crowded. The breakfast is lacking. I expected more at the pice I paid."

"Location and outdoor amenities were a hit (beautiful view from patio, fire pit, pool and hot tub). Beds were uncomfortable and unsupportive though and the sofa bed for my kids was even worse. Housekeeping was inconsistent. Only in the final day did they give us enough towels. They did not make the beds 2 out of 5 days. Breakfast options were plentiful but quality was mediocre (eggs, bacon, pancakes and French toast sticks all tasted fake/frozen). I ate yogurt or oatmeal on most days. Fresh fruit was good. Coffee was decent. "

"Unfortunately, this property seems not to have been maintained since the photos were taken. When we arrived it did seem the sheets on the bed had been cleaned, but that was the only thing that looked like it had been cleaned. There was a lot of garbage around the site of our tent, and in the shared showers. We also had an uncomfortable check-in experience. The host that checked us in made my partner and I feel uncomfortable when he questioned us about booking a 1 bed tent. At a hotel check in, it isn’t inherently abnormal to double check what someone has booked, but it was the way it was asked that made us both feel super on edge. He was otherwise helpful but the uneasiness from that interaction was enough to make us both quite nervous. We did leave and stayed elsewhere because the discomfort of the check-in made us not feel great staying there overnight, and shape of the property made us concerned about the cleanliness. Luckily, through Expedia, we did get a refund, which I imagine the property had to agree to, so we did appreciate that. "

"We enjoyed out stay at Springhill Suites at Zion, it was clean, quiet, comfortable, and served a great breakfast. Easy access to the park and walk-able to restaurants."

"Breakfast arrangement with Oscar’s cafe was great and saved our family quite a bit. The location is great with a beautiful view and right at the shuttle stop #7. It is also walkable to many of the restaurants in Springdale. Parking was easy in the hotel lot. However, there is a nightly fee to park your car at the hotel that is not included with the room. The room was accessible from the parking lot and also out to the pool. The rooms were of good size and comfortable. The pool was small but still clean. There was not a water bottle filling station but that was accessible at the Zion Visitor’s Center. It was nice to have access to an ice machine and to laundry facilities onsite. There is also some grassy space outdoors with benches to enjoy the weather and/or views when relaxing at the hotel. I would definitely stay there again. "
