"The staff was so friendly and accommodating. My daughter has Celiacs. Finding something safe for her to eat is always difficult. We bought some food from Trader Joes, brought it to our room, but needed to warm it up. Since the rooms do not have microwaves, we went to the front desk. The warmed it up and even made sure the take of holders they gave us were safe. The met all our needs with a smile!"

"The location is fabulous, just a couple of minutes from the waterfront and lots of restaurants close by. The restaurant in the hotel is very convenient also."

"l'air climatise ne marchait pas nous avons dormis a 25 degré. la porte de l'interieur de la chambre de bain était ronger par l'eau et vallonnais et aussi était pas trop propre. Mais le pire le lit était déffoncer et creusait du centre. Je suis gestionnaire pour Desjardins , plus jamais je vais amener mon équipe. "

"The property is not disabled or family friendly. Only for backpackers. Literally just for people with backpacks, with no luggages, no wheelchair, no strollers. Don't be fooled by elevator note on their property details. Yes there is an elevator, but there ARE stairs at the lobby before you can get to the elevator. They have wheelchair lift but they said it is broken and we did not see them make an effort to fix it nor offer any help for the 3 nights we are in there. The faucet water is a joke. You turn it on just to get cold but the water is super hot, then sometimes super cold even you put it into hot. On the cleaning part, all they do is just change the bedsheets and towels. They don't vacuum or clean at all."
