"i stayed in an suite at hilton. the furniture was faulty , like they bought it off temu as the desk was wobbly and the coffee table was flimsy too. as well it was hot in that room even when we had the ac on. other than that it was okay i guess"

"We arrived after midnight because flight delayed.It was very awful the location of the lobby . We spent like 10 minutes outside on the street in the cold in order to someone let us in the lobby . The attendant at front desk make us pay again , even we showed the reservation thru the app . My husband card was charged twice for this room. The installations were so bad, smelling heavy cigarettes, we just wanted to have an hour of good rest until get ready for our next flight . We couldn’t sleep at all because loud noises of people having a party upstairs . Awful experience. "

"Rather run down, old property. In dire need of a facelift and did not feel safe entering the hotel or leaving my vehicle parked there, as there were many individuals loitering around the parking lot, going through the dumpster and harassing the front desk staff to come inside when we arrived at 5:30 am. Decently clean for what it is however."
