We stayed one night before heading to Gallipoli and back to Istanbul. The hotel had everything we needed for a one-night stay and was in close proximity to some nice restaurants and the wooden Troy house. The room was small but comfortable. We were able to park our rental car off the street. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Personal war extrem zuvorkommend. Parkplatz direkt hinterm Hotel. Unser Zimmer war im Erdgeschoss daher sehr nah an der Rezeption. Das war das einzigste, was etwas gestört hat. Ansonsten sehr gut Hotel

Wir haben das Hotel für 3 Nächte besucht. Es war die beste Entscheidung. So nette und freundliche vorallem hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter findet man nicht in jedem Hotel. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles fussläufig erreichbar. Jede menge Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Sehenswürdigkeiten kann man sehr gut erreichen. Man braucht hier kein Auto. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich bei Set Özer Hotel wir werden wieder kommen.

Gerçekten her şeyi çok temizdi, çalışanları da "ayrı güler yüzlü, her biri cana yakın ve çok ilgililerdi" ayrı bir otoparkının olması da en büyük avantajlardan biriydi. Çanakkaleye bir gün yine yolumuz düşerse kesinlikle tekrar konaklayacağımız yer olacak.

Temizlik konusunda hassas biri olarak otelin temizliğinden memnun kaldım. Otel çalışanları gerçekten çok güler yüzlü ve yardımcı. Otel saat kulesine oldukça yakın ve konum olarak avantajlı bir yerde. Kaldığım oteller içinde duş suyu en hızlı ısınanlardan ve sıcaklığı sabit kalan yerlerden biri idi. Bir kez daha Çanakkale merkezde konaklar isem Set Özer tercihim olacaktır.

Otele girişimizden ayrılışımıza kadar tüm otel personelinin güleryüzlülüğü, ilgi ve alakası mükemmeldi. Otel şehir merkezinde ve heryere ulaşım imkanı mevcut. Kahvaltı servisi süper ve aynı zamanda kahvaltı da süper. 2 aile otele gedik ve hepimiz çok mutlu ayrıldık. Otel çalışanlarına çok teşekkür ediyoruz.

Nice surprise in Canakkale

The room is of the small size. However, we are impressed with the service of the hotel staff who are courteous and always willing to help. Breakfast is good so is the restaurant and the courtyard area where breakfast is served.
