L'assistenza risponde fino 21:00, dopo quell'ora bisogna arrangiarsi. Abbiamo ricevuto risposta solo al mattino seguente ma è stata praticamente inutile perchè il problema non è stato risolto nè è stata trovata unasistemazione alternativa. "Excellent apartment with kitchen, air-con, good bathroom, excellent Wi-Fi, clean, modern, etc. Brilliant location – a short walk from Porta Nuova train station, and next to the historic centre of Turin. Very quiet and restful. The welcome was cheerful, informative and smooth. Our only 'negative' was the bed which, as with all fold-out sofa beds, was too soft/saggy for us... we prefer a firm bed, but not everyone is like us. Nevertheless, we'd happily stay here again,"

Really nice and private hotel

"Beforehand myself and two friends were a bit worried about the location and distance. However as time went by it was actually not that bad. The breakfast there has been the best I have experienced on any trip and the staff were really friendly. The room I had had everything I needed and was bigger than I thought. Overall, really enjoyed the stay and hope to come again."

Torino stay

"We loved it! The location was incredibly convenient from the train station. The service provided was impeccable. All the staff was warm and inviting. I appreciated the large size of the room, was able to spread out easily. I loved their Breakfast and I left you full all day long. We can’t wait to return to Torino and to stay here again. "
