They assisted me in sending an overnight package to Rome and went out of their way to help me. We were very pleased with everything here and would highly recommend this beautiful hotel to all travelers. Their prices were reasonable as well. "The property was really good, in 5mins walking distance from torino porta susa station. Fantastic bar, absolutely clean rooms. Our room had a bath tub which was really big and lovely. Our only complaint is the lack of Tea/coffee setup in the room,I mean.. a kettle isnt a big ask. Nevertheless we would surely book this hotel again if we are in this region. "
