"Beautiful location with mountains views. Located with easy distance for numerous Dolomite’s Superski areas. The staff was marvelous, caring, generous and the breakfast exceptional! We dined in the restaurant 4 evenings food /drinks were superb! The apartment was clean with a beautiful bathroom, comfortable beds and nice kitchenette-had everything we needed. We will be rebooking this again next year!"

Nord Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"Great place. While the hotel is a bit far from the town center there is a bus stop nearby, which is convenient. There is also a trail nearby to walk to town (nice if it isn’t raining). The breakfast they offer is excellent and convenient. Just a warning unrelated to this hotel, DON’T GO TO DINNER AT THE HOTEL DES ALPES, which is across the street. While it may seem convenient, we regretted going there. Staff were very strange and off putting and the food was underwhelming and overpriced."

"Great location on the main road through town. It was a bit noisy, but it wasn’t too bad! The staff was very friendly and helpful with check-in and when we had some room card problems. The provided breakfast was amazing!!! Much more than expected with many choices! Room had a fantastic view of the mountains!"

"We stayed here for 3 nights during our first trip to the Dolomites and expected a better experience for the price paid. Cons: There was almost never anyone at the front desk. We were asked to communicate through WhatsApp, but responses were quite slow. Netflix in the room was not working throughout our stay. There is no air conditioning. We had to sleep with the balcony windows open, which made it noisy due to nearby neighbours and also did not feel very secure. During our 3-night stay, there was no room cleaning or towel replacement unless we specifically requested it through WhatsApp. Pros: The room was spacious and included a kitchen with clean pots, pans, and utensils. Bathroom water pressure was strong, and hot water worked well. Overall, the experience was disappointing for the price we paid. The service and communication could definitely be improved, especially by informing guests clearly during check-in about housekeeping and towel arrangements."
