"The hotel does not at a match pictures that are posted online. The curtains are torn no privacy whatsoever. The rooms are outdated the restrooms have plumbing issues. Housekeeping was disappointing they ignored “do not disturb “sign in the door. Restaurant is not recommended at all to eat at for any time of the day. concerning checkout experience. Despite how fully paid we were harassed by multiple members over unnecessary last-minute paperwork. They delayed us to the point that we almost unable to leave an early flight because they were used to let us catch our taxi. Overall, this is a very stressful and disciplined friend. I would not stay here again."

"Huge resort. Hard working staff, great pools, great food. Rooms are a little small. Getting rid of the big hot tub in the room and it would be nice. It's kind of wasted space."

"El lugar tiene lo suficiente para quien busca una experiencia familiar amena por primera vez. Aunque si lo comparamos con otro Resort....quizas falta un poco mas de actividades y por tener las dimensiones que tiene quizas no se siente mucho el cambio/vibra de lugar a lugar. La logística del buffet por la noche. honestamente Mala!!! Nunca habia estado en un lugar(todo incluido) donde la comida(pocas opciones) se acabara y tener que esperar 30 mins o mas, en 2 ocasiones. Pero insisto aun con esto ultimo, si la experiencia es 1ra. vez el lugar cuenta con lo necesario!"

"En promedio casi todo estuvo “okey” lo que totalmente nos decepcionó fue que saben cómo ocultar la parte en la que es All inclusive, yo compro el paquete que incluí absolutamente todo, pero al llegar a la propiedad decían que no estaba incluido food and drinks! Me pareció un robo total, y no solo nos pasó a nosotros si no también a otros huéspedes.
