"Concierge desk staff was amazing!! Very helpful. Food menu was average nothing exciting in the menu. Housekeeping really does the great work in cleaning and refreshing rooms. Rooms are spacious and comfortable."
"I stayed at the moon palace grand for 5 days. The reception and service was brilliant. Check in and Check out was a breeze. The moon palace complex features three different parts. Sunrise, Nizuc, and The Grand. Prices are around the same for Sunrise and Nizuc with The Grand being more pricey. You are provided with an app upon entry which you do everything through. Book restaurant reservations, Book activities, and order room service or a late night meal. If you have a room in The Sunrise or Nizuc you have access to both sections but are not allowed in the Grand. The Grand have access to the entire complex. It was a great experience but I wouldn’t recommend The Grand for everyone. If you enjoy a more laid back and chill experience the Grand would be great for you. If you are coming as a family and enjoy larger pools and activities I think Sunrise and Nizuc would be a good fit for you. I personally do not think the grand was worth the money for me especially as I came as a family. We enjoyed the activities and events in the Sunrise and Nizuc. The buffet was pretty much the same thing everyday and we did begin to not enjoy it. The most let down part of the Moon palace was the beach and ocean. The ocean isn’t the crystal blue waters you see online, it is filled with seaweed and other things. My personal recommendation is to save your money and purchase the Nizuc room as they are newer than sunrise and are a better bang for your buck."
"Es un hotel bueno y buen estado. Sin embargo las actividades son pocas, no se hacen todas las anunciadas en la app del hotel y las que hay son mas para nin̈os
pequeños. Las de grandes dejan mucho que desear. Y como la playa estaba llena de sargazo pienso que deberian tener mas mas actividades para hacer dentro del hotel.
Si piensan salir a jacer actividades fuera del hotel esta bien."
Sunscape Cancun All-Inclusive Resort & Spa by Hyatt
8/10 Good
"1st room location was horrible. Asked to be moved and they moved us with no problem. Small pool areas and not much for food options. Most of the plug ins did not work in the room. Dated decor and walls. Staff was very gracious and food was really good despite lack of optics. Good entertainment with some shows."
"We traveled with a big group of 18 and all had a blast. The food is great, rooms are clean and comfy! The beach here is unbeatable. We love this place and will return. Till next time Hyatt Ziva Cancun!"
