This is a great short term hotel. It is very updated and very clean. The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome.

Address is wrong on the Expedia, we we’re looking for the property for more than 30 min , try to call them but they never pick up the call. Locals help us to find the hotel . Front desk , was not polite at all

We took this hotel because we had to do a couple of work days, and wanted to have a spacious place with kitchen. First impressions was good, kind staff and indeed a spacious suite, large bed, and plenty of space for 2 people to work. We also loved the little restaurant next door to have breakfast. But then things started to fall apart. Very bad smell in the bathroom, issues in the shower, then water pressure disappeared, had to ask for maintenance who eventually did help resolve some of the issues but it would have been good just to offer us a new room. Then the worst, Internet didn’t work for most of our stay so working wasn’t possible at all. We reported it many times but no solution was offered, until we just switched to a different hotel and asked for a refund, which we received. Hotel does have potential for remote workers but they will first need to get their building ready.

Vorsicht bei der Kaution von 25,-Dollar _BETRUG!

Das Hotel verlangte eine Kaution von 25 Dollar neben dem Preis für die Übernachtung.Angeblich solle ich diesen Be trag am nächsten Morgen zurück erhalten,das war am 12.Januar. Jetzt haben wir Ende März und ich warte noch immer auf die Gutschrift dieser 25 Dollar. Das habe ich vor Wochen bei Ihnen reklamiert, aber getan hat sich nichts! Ihr Mitarbeiter war wohl zu faul, da etwas anzufordern!

The room was very noisy. You could hear everything going on in the rooms around you. The shower needed a new head. Staff were great. Restaurant was closed but lots of good food beside the hotel.

This newly renovated hotel was a great choice after landing in Cancun. The hotel has a relaxed and modern vibe with many eateries close by. My room was exactly as pictured with a comfortable bed, modern decor and good shower. The staff were very helpful, especially Andrea and Emma who helpfully agreed to look after my luggage while I waited for a pick up after checking out.

Agradable estancia

El hotel se me dificultó encontrarlo, pero se encuentra dentro de una plaza. El lugar es agradable, cuando llegamos la chica de recepción fue amable, nos demoramos un poco pero porque había otros huéspedes en recepción. La habitación se encontraba limpia y con todo lo necesario, la cama es cómoda.

Hice una reserva para una noche , el vuelo se super retrasó y llegamos a Cancún como a las 12 de la noche , y recibo un mensaje que el hotel cierra las 11 pm. Tuvimos en ese momento que buscar otro lugar para pasar la noche con las problematicas correspondientes. Cancún es un destino internacional, y cómo es posible que se anuncien en pagainas de prestigio sin dar un servicio completo. Es la primera vez que me ha sucedido esta situación en todo el mundo.
