Una estafa

Ya pagamos todo vía Expedia, marcamos y avisamos la hora que iba a llegar...y cuándo llegamos a la dirección no había nada del hostel, marcamos nadie contesta, tocamos a todos los lugares y nada...preguntamos en el Oxxo no tienen ni idea de dónde es el lugar...al final tuvimos que buscar un motel para pasar la noche.... Hasta el momento ni suena el número proporcionado... De las peores experiencias de mi vida...

This was a pleasant stay. The place was like a villa and peaceful. The owner went out of her way to meet me and make sure all amenities were available (wi-fi, bicycles, directions to local restaurants) She was truly helpful. I would stay here again and I recommend hostels only 4 you.

No estaba lista la habitación a la hora del Chekin, la primer noche me llevaron a otro hostal no estuvo mal, pero creo que esto demerita seriedad. La habitación estaba sucia sin estar preparada a la hora acordada.

Chambre d'hôtes hyper sympa, tout est neuf et très propre. Les chambres sont assez grande avec de nombreux rangements. Le quartier est calme mais proche de la Plaza del toro où il y a de nombreux bars et restaurants. Parfait

Great place to stay outside the Cancun hotel area

This was a great place to stay in downtown Cancun. Was easy to get to public transport and eateries on the local area. Staff were fantastic helping us getting to know Cancun and the local area.

Feeling the culture of Cancun

While this place is not in the easiest location to get to (in Central Cancun instead of the hotel zone) it is a really good place to go to. For a $10 per night rate it was amazing and being about a mile from a wonderful central area where you can get tacos for less than $2 for a full meal was amazing. Also the host is very good about trying to help make your stay enjoyable.

Hôtel en plein centre de cancun

Personnel aidant et fort sympathique mais l'organisation manque de rigueur et de professionalisme. En effet l'adresse donnée ne permettait pas de se rendre sur place. L'hôtel en question est en fait une résidence de plusieurs appartements loués. Le personnel n'est pas sur place et la débrouille ainsi que whatsapp vous seront nécessaires. Petite anecdote: j'ai fait moi même l'accueil d'un couple autrichien devant la grille de l'immeuble car il s'attendait à avoir quelqu'un de l'établissement sur place.

Booked this mainly because of the advertised transfer from the airport to make my one night stay over easeful. Owner didn't respond to my request, wasn't there first time I called and when I did manage to get hold of him from the airport quoted a price 6 times the rate given on this site. The room is not a 'studio' - it is a room in an apartment so all facilities are sharred. There is no TV, no water was provided and the breakfast offered was just toast and coffee. The place doesn't feel like it's really finished. The description is totally inaccurate and I am very disappointed.

COMO TAL,,, NO ES HOTEL ES UNA CASA. No regresaré!

Horrible: carece de Inmobiliario. NO CUMPLEN LO QUÉ OFRECE EL ANUNCIO EN LINEA. NO CAMBIAN SABANAS, NO DESAYUNO CONTIENENTAL, NO TOALLAS, FATAL NO REGRESARE MÁS. No me facturaron y es indispensable para mi comprobar gastos. La primera noche me expusieron en la calle, no me contactaron, busqué el Hotel, no lo encontre y me fui a otro hotel(CARIBE FRENTE ADO) a pasar la noche. UN FRAUDE. GRACIAS! P.D no tengo fotos lamento el no contar con evidencia. pero cuento con la factura del hotel donde pase la noche y se llama Hotel Caribe (frente al ADO) que más que este comprobante.
