Josue helped us with our check in and he was AMAZING!! He went above and beyond for us to enjoy our short stay - We only stayed at this hotel for a night as we had a long layover, but we got to enjoy delicious food and amazing service. Hope to be back for longer soon

The beach and ocean view were pristine. The staff were extremely friendly and always aimed to please. The food at the Spice and Mexican restaurants were great. Breakfast buffet was delish. The beds were comfy and rooms clean. Definitely the resort is a bit dated and some aspects of the buildings need some repair but did not affect our stay in a negative way. One time we had no fresh towels but no big deal, they brought some 20 minutes after calling the front desk.

The food, entertainment and service was really good. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The service in the restaurants was slow and they did not have enough lounge chairs. We encountered an employee reserving them and making them available later for money. I do hope the resort looks into that. Apart from that, I would highly recommend this resort.
