Tasteful architecture and layout in a lovely scenic setting good facilities, good restaurant which is just as well as there’s only one other option down the hill which is a slightly pretentious eco outfit . Unusually mini bar contents are free

The hotel is very nice with a beautiful landscape, very nice rooms and they have full breakfast although in the description they said continental breakfast

Beautiful setting, very nice rooms. Breakfasts were sufficent; nothing to really complain about. However, the food served at dinner time was outstandingly terrible. Meat selections arrived at the table swimming in grease; the cooks tried to rescue the food by including an absorbent "tortilla" or potato underneath. Avoid taking meals at this hotel.

It's a Cuban government owned hotel, so expectations are moderate. However, compared to other government hotels, the Moka is one of the better. It's funky, but and in an amazing area and worth the stay.

An oasis in an area of absolute beauty
Loved this place. A peaceful respite following a manic tour of Cuba. The lower temperature and breeze were a welcome relief. Great place to relax and chill. Reception staff were incredibly helpful (helped my friend find a casa in the village - book before you go as much cheaper than on arrival!)

- Établissement propre mais qui a pas mal vieilli et qui nécessiterait dès lors une petite restauration. - Prix du dîner relativement élevé par rapport à ce qui nous a été servi. - L’hôtel accueillait plusieurs groupes et n’a pas la capacité pour cela : nous avons donc dû prendre notre petit-déjeuner non pas dans la salle, mais au bar en faisant des allers-retours alors que d’autres personnes mangeait dans le hall d’accueil .... - Les environs de l’hôtel (descente vers le lac, promenade autour du lac, logements dans le village, etc.) sont très sales (notamment beaucoup de détritus et déchets plastiques au sol) et bien loin de ce que l’on pourrait attendre d’un eco-village inscrit au patrimoine de l’Unesco.

Das Positive - die Lage mitten im Wald ist auch leider das Negative. Durch die extrem hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit kommt es leider zu Schimmelbildung an dem Gebäude. Ich denke es liegt allerdings an der Lage des Ortes, viel kann man nicht dagegen tun. Allerdings könnte das Hotel renoviert werden, man sieht und hört arbeiter auf dem Gelände aber nicht in den Zimmern. Die Minnibar war inklusive und wurde aufgefüllt - super! Das Personal ist zwar nicht das beste aber wenn man sie einmal geknackt hat sind sie freundlich.

Es un gusto que nos haya visitado, la ubicacion del Hotel la idea es esa que este dentro de lso árboles, no deja de ser cierto que exite humedad, pero no debemos negar que el disfrute dentro de la naturaleza es buena. En lo demás trabajaremos para que los clientes se sientan bien en nuestro Hotel y no existan estos incovenientes. Gracias por visitarnos

Abgewohntes Hotel in wunderbarer Lage
Das Hotel liegt in einer wunderbaren Landschaft. Das Haus selbst hat sicher schon bessere Tage gesehen und wirkt etwas heruntergekommen. So konnten wir während unseres zweitägigen Aufenthalts nur kalt duschen, weil das warme Wasser nicht funktionierte.

Vue impressionnante!
Nous avons eu le plaisir d’avoir une chambre avec une vue donnant sur le village de Las Terrazas. De la douche, nous pouvions nous laver en regardant par la grande baie vitrée et nous avions une vue magnifique sur la canopee!

Ein etwas netteres Hotel in Kuba in einem hübschen kleinen Ort. Man bemüht sich. Durch den WiFi Zugang wird so mancher Angestellter von seinem Handy abgelenkt, sich um die Gäste zu kümmern.....
