We stayed here for five days, and the experience has been exceptional. The hotel service is truly par excellence — every staff member is incredibly helpful and consistently goes out of their way to accommodate any request. The rooms are spotless, and the food at the hotel restaurant is delicious, catering beautifully to a variety of preferences and palates. We couldn’t be happier with our stay and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

We got an room upgrade, but i didnt like it because the pool view is not that great from my room and the bathroom shower door was missing. Eventhough the staff knew about it they upgraded us to that room and next day we request them to change to our original room and it was way better than the upgraded one. The breakfast menu has lot of options. Staffs are very friendly amd addressing the issue right away. Overall it was 7/10. Thanks.

Pleasure experience. The surprise birthday treat for my wife was excellent. Overall it was worth the money spent and I would highly recommend this place to stay. Staff were very helpful, assisted organising locals trips.

Stuff were very friendly and helpful. We travelled off-season and there weren't many tourists in North Goa. At the same time, the hotel was hosting different events and conferences. As two females travellers, we were uncomfortable around the pool. Lastly, the hotel needs maintenance and deep cleaning.
