Muito bonito, confortável, silencioso e espaçoso. Só não dei 5 estrelas em tudo porque o exaustor do banheiro estava fazendo barulho e o sistema de aquecimento de água ainda é a lenha.

Atendimento excelente, mas a estrutura física precária, colchão péssimo, chuveiro com água morna, aquecedores não funcionam, tentaram por 2 vezes arrumar mas não conseguiram, a equipe fez o possível. Ao meu ver o que falta é uma avaliação criteriosa de cada quarto e consertar o que for necessário de forma preventiva e não emergencial quando o cliente reclama ou solicita. Localização excelente e linda, merece cuidados e atenção.

Bom, mas precisa de uma atenção com a limpeza

O hotel é tradicional de Canela e a estrutura é ótima. A cama que deixa a desejar, pois há um "buraco" no meio (duas camas de solteiro unidas). O café da manhã é razoável. A piscina estava muito suja e o chão do quarto empoeirado demais. Ainda assim a estrutura é bacana, pois cedem bicicletas para passeio na cidade, há uma trilha dentro da propriedade e o atendimento é muito cordial

Àrea externa show !!

Espaço interno , quarto, banheiro e uma ante sala , muito bom!! Unica coisa indesejável, e que não se tinha autonomia, era o funcionamento direto , noite e dia, da calefação, e com temperatura na cidade, de mais de 30 graus e a noite não mais que 17 graus . Foi feito pedido a recepção p/desligar mas sem sucesso!! Acho que deveriam dar mais atenção na manutenção externa dos chalés, limpeza e pintura . Area externa bem sujas . Colchão da cama de casal longe de ser box king, super mole,, resultou numa baita dor nas costas por 2 dias de hospedagem! Atenção, não condiz com.o preço pago !!

Bom mas precisa de atenção em alguns pontos

De modo geral, a experiência foi positiva. O hotel é muito bonito, com jardins e áreas bem cuidadas. No entanto, alguns aspectos do quarto não corresponderam às nossas expectativas, especialmente considerando que escolhemos um quarto de valor agregado: TV: A imagem era de baixa qualidade e havia poucos canais disponíveis. Ar-condicionado: O aparelho era antigo e fazia bastante barulho. Além disso, o box do banheiro apresentava pontos de sujeira e mofo, especialmente nos rejuntes e cantos. Uma limpeza mais profunda poderia resolver esse problema. O hotel também conta com um restaurante, mas as opções de refeição são limitadas e os preços são elevados, o que desestimulou o consumo no local. O box do banheiro havia alguns pontos de sujeira mais grossa e mofo, pelos rejuntes e cantos. Uma limpeza mais pesada já poderia resolver. Também o hotel possui um restaurante, porém com poucas opções de refeição e valores bem altos, não viabilizando o consumo.

Um bom hotel

O hotel é antigo, mas bem conservado. Café da manhã simples, mas bom, produtos frescos. Funcionários gentis. Quarto confortável. Único problema que eu sugiro que seja resolvido é o ar condicionado que estava em curto, com uma luz forte piscando de forma intermitente atrapalhando o sono. Tive que cobrir o aparelho para poder dormir. No mais tudo tranquilo. Recomendo o hotel.

Hotel muito bem localizado , ao lado do centro de canela , lugar agradável e arborizado. O quarto deixou a desejar , armário mofado e colchão velho e mofado , tá na hora de uma boa reforma. Hotel de fácil acesso e bom estacionamento para carros , equipe educada e cordial.
