Ótimo custo x benefício

Eu e minha esposa passamos 5 dias no hotel e nos atendeu muito bem! As instalações são simples porém confortáveis. O quarto é espaçoso, tem uma cama boa e um bom chuveiro também. O chuveiro as vezes demorava a esquentar, mas como fomos no verão (médias de 28ºC) entrávamos no chuveiro quase frio e depois regulávamos a temperatura. O café da manhã é simples, sem muita variedade, mas com alimentos essenciais (algumas frutas, boa variedade de pães, frios e bolos), além de café e leite quentes. Todos os funcionários que nos atenderam durante a estadia foram receptivos e muito atenciosos. O hotel tem uma boa localização próximo ao centro de canela, e dispõe de estacionamento gratuito próprio ao redor do prédio. O estacionamento em grande parte é descoberto e com chão de pedriscos, mas é bem espaçoso.

Hospedagem ótima

Meu nome é Emerson Lima e quero dizer que a hospedagem foi Excelente, funcionarios muito atenciosos recepção, limpeza e cozinha todos. O hotel está de parabéns sempre que for pra se hospedar em canela vou para eles. Tem sala para crianças brincar e tem um espaço perto do café da manhã enorme para quem quer jogar ou até mesmo trabalhar assim como eu, que as vezes preciso atender os clientes pelo not. Hotel 10 super recomendo.

Problemas

Tive um erro de datas, que foi resolvido por profissionais muito amáveis. O grande problema foi o café da manhã. Nos dois dias que fiquei lá, caos total. Não havia louça limpa, não havia comida, os hóspedes mendigavam pelos alimentos, louça e talheres, e como as funcionárias estavam apagando incêndios na cozinha, as mesas ficavam sujas. Nunca vi desorganização pior. Uma pena, porque o hotel tem um histórico de bom atendimento. A gerência poderia dar mais atenção ao café da manhã. Um outro ponto negativo é que depois das sete da noite ninguém atende o telefone na portaria do hotel.

Estou acostumada a me hospedar neste hotel que sempre julguei excelente, todavia, desta vez deixou muito a desejar. Não havia louça suficiente para todos os hospedes no café da manhã. Faltaram frutas, pães, mantega, suco de laranja, queijo branco entre outras coisas. Quem tomava café a partir das 9hs já encontrava a mesa com migalhas de bolos e falta de vários produtos. O café ou era requentado ou era cevada. Horrível. Uma funcionária fazia comentários de que a culpa era do gerente. Pouco profissional. Antigamente havia pães de queijo, croissants, salgadinhos.... desta vez não havia nada disso. O pão francês era do dia anterior. Duro. Não havia adoçante. Somente uns potes com açúcar nas mesas.Me decepcionei muito.
