"Bedbugs!!! One bit my aunt during our stay. She caught it and killed it. I’m sure there’s more where that came from. Also , arrived at 4:30pm ish , check in is at 3! "We arrived late but the security guard made it easy for us to park. Staff very friendly, breakfast was great. The access to the lake is so close to the property. The double bedroom that we booked was more than enough. Would recommend to anyone who travels to Lago de Coatepeque."
