We have stayed here twice before. The first time 5 years ago then 3 years ago. We visited again in February 2026. It was ok. We may try someplace else next time. For the price per night it’s excellent. Do not expect luxury and modern rooms of hotels that charge 300-500 a night. If you want a goood location near shops, beach, and nightlife. Residence Inn by Marriott San Juan Isla Verde
The room was in excellent condition. The hotel was decorated so pretty. The pool was awesome, and the restaurant and bar was good as well. We enjoyed the food that we ate. Any of the front staff that we dealt with were very friendly and helpful.
