"Very dated hotel with staff that need more customers service training"

"Nice property, unfortunately the room that we stayed at was not properly kept. There was a scent of mildew when we entered the unit. Paint was cracking throughout the walls. The cork covered floor was water stained throughout, more so in the bathroom, where signs of mold could be seen."

"Have stayed a few times and staff are welcoming and nothing is ever too much. Used the Gym and Sauna for first time, all great. The rooftop is lovely at the end of the day."
