"Location was absolutely amazing. The staff were super nice, welcoming and truly helpful. We unfortunately had an issue with the air conditioning and they repaired it immediately after we told them, talk about super reactive people!! Other than that the building was shared with other tenants who were in the middle of the complete demolition of the ground floor just under our room. They were aware (difficult not to be with this noise and chaos we were barely able to hear each other speak), when we told them they quickly offered us to switch room to the 5th level where we finally found peace. The bed was super comfortable, the room had everything we needed except a Nespresso machine. Again the location was absolutely incredible. The hotel itself and the rooms are a bit aged (which doesn't show on the pictures in the listing) but everything worked well including the free laundry facility in the basement. We would recommend mostly because of the staff and location."
"Amazing place right near all the fun. Just note you have to put your room key in the holder when you walk in to get the air conditioner to turn on, which you manually have to turn on everytime you come back to the room. Otherwise great!"
"Great location in the old Town but not too noisy.
The pool was welcomed after a day sightseeing.
Reasonably priced cafe downstairs with fresh sandwich options.
The family room felt quite cramped with luggage in it but we weren't in Malaga to sit in a room in the summertime!
Good, affordable option for a family wanting to explore and be in a great position to do so. Picasso museum, so many restaurants, the market all walkable."
"Spotless rooms, well stocked minibar if you intend to use it. The only downside is that despite the soundproofed rooms, you can still hear the noise of people milling outside. Not surprising given its central location which was a real bonus in exploring Malaga itself.
Bathroom didn’t appear to have an extractor fan either which isn’t ideal but despite all this, I still rate this place highly because of the helpful staff, clean facilities, perfect location and in-room safe and air-conditioning.
Would stay here again if I was visiting Malaga.
However bear in mind that the hotel is in a pedestrianised zone with the nearest taxi pickup points being a few minutes walk away. Uber have a handy map showing pickup points around the pedestrianised zone. Also the hotel entrance is a small set of glass automated doors next to Victoria’s Secret.. The hotel reception is also on the first floor of the multi-storey building.
Airport is only 10-15 minutes away by taxi."
