"There was long black hairs on the shower walls and tub. The gentleman at the front desk when I checked in wasn’t very welcoming. The parking lot is dimly lit. On the plus side the bed was comfortable and the room was spacious."

"The whole reason I chose this place was because of the pool and my kids and us staying there for a week. It was down. However, for maintenance the shower was terrible, there was hot water when you wanted cold cold water. When you wanted hot, it would randomly change, scald you 1 minute be freezing, the next, we couldn't get clean towels without attitude. From the front desk person housekeeping never once knocked and asked if we wanted our room cleaned, we were there for a week. So, it would have been nice to have the floor vacuumed and fresh sheets. We ended up washing our own towels and sheets, so we did not have to interact with the staff. Breakfast was sad. The only hot food offered was a toast or a bagel.\n Yogurt gallons of milk in the fridge and cereal. Not pleased. I will not be saying here again."

"Breakfast was good- lots of variety and even a pancake/french toast topping bar. Family of 6 and we came for the pool. Impressed with the layout and how toddler friendly it is. Didn’t utilize the bar but did play in the ‘casino’ and that was fun. Will definitely visit again."

"We booked the one bedroom king suite that also had a pull-out sofa bed as we had 3 people. The king bed was nothing fancy, pretty average. We knew the sofa bed wouldn’t be the comfiest thing either (are they ever?) but I was surprised that such a nice hotel didn’t have nicer ones. I can sleep ANYWHERE and that pull-out bed was horrible. Ended up folding it back up and sleeping on the sofa like normal with a ton of blankets instead. Again, this wasn’t a make or break thing, just book an extra room if you more than 2 people."
