"We went on week days . Not crowded pool .we enjoyed our stay . Breakfast was also good "

"Rooms are clean and we were happy about the hotel being dog-friendly. However, we were disappointed at how the room service wasn’t done for the entire day despite us requesting it very early in the morning. My family and I including our dog had to wait for the staff to do and finish our room service when we got back to the hotel later in the day which was quite inconvenient. Also, anything that you need from the front desk (i.e. towels, blankets, coffee, etc), you’d have to fetch them yourself as their staff members go home early in the day. AC was also not working properly so we had to get some fans from the supply room. Despite these, we still did our best to enjoy our stay. "

"Was hoping for an actual coffee maker as opposed to a coffee press. But all in all a very pleasant stay inthis beautiful location."
