Great jewel of a find right in the city area of food and shopping and entertainment. Everything we needed was within walking distance, including the beach. The property is in excellent condition and the staff are very friendly and professional.

We booked the hotel 7 months out , but we were put in a disabled room. No face cloth , no shower cap, inadequate lighting in main area, a safe that could only be accessed by kneeling. That is not what one would expect for a room with breakfast costing $A 1200 ped day

A wonderful hotel, centrally located and within 5 mins walk of the train station. Large, clean and comfortable room. The breakfast offering was good and the staff were lovely. Just note, that the pool is tiny, it wasn’t cleaned and no one swam in it. It’s more of a water feature. We would definitely come back! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

L'hotel è vicino al centro e il garage coperto è comodissimo, la camera è ampia e ristrutturata di recente ma fredda e non è stato possibile alzare il riscaldamento dopo averlo chiesto per 4 volte. Le pulizie della camera alle 14:10 non erano state fatte e abbiamo dovuto aspettare 30 minuti dopo aver sollecitato. La colazione discreta. Sarebbe ottimo se fosse un tre stella ma per un 4 stelle ci sono cose da rivedere.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. From the very beginning, the staff were shockingly rude and unhelpful. At a 4-star hotel, I would expect at least a minimum level of assistance with luggage, but no help was offered at all. Even worse, during the night there was only one staff member on duty, who himself admitted he couldn’t handle the hotel alone. This is completely unacceptable for a property claiming to be of 4-star standard. What makes this experience even more frustrating is that this hotel is part of the IHG chain, which is generally known for excellence in customer service. Unfortunately, this property falls far below those standards. I would not recommend it to anyone expecting the quality and professionalism usually associated with IHG hotels.

What a great find. This is an excellent hotel …great location and easy walk to centre and beach, comfortable rooms … thoughtfully kitted out with everything making it easy to stay in and eat on a lovely terrace … breakfast was a great surprise …best croissants ever and yummy fruit compote.
