"I loved staying at this place: it was quiet, had a view to the duomo, was spotlessly clean and decorated in a lovely way. The location in the historic city centre was charming. The Villa d’Estate is 5min walk away, the Villa Adriana 50min (also reachable by bus), the Villa Gregoriana 10min and the train station 15min on foot. "The property is incredibly beautiful and well taken care of. From the fruit trees to the pool to the Roman style gardens in tip top shape. But what’s more important is how well the staff takes care of you and cares about their craft. We left early on our departure, well before the breakfast time, but the owner still invited us and offered to make coffee for the road. The breakfast buffet is great and the coffee is precise! I really can’t say enough about how kind the team is from reception to maintenance and housekeeping. Property is clean and the rooms are comfy. Highly recommended!"

"Our stay was great. Staff were friendly. Kids loved the pool. Only issue we had was the shuttle service. This could be accessible a lot better. Picking us up they were excellent as there were issues with the train. However is you need a free shuttle to the train station, make sure you do this 24-48 hours in advance! We could not get one the same day and ended up paying nearly 150 euros in taxis to Rome as we missed our train because we couldn't get a shuttle on the same day. Other than that, it was a pleasant stay."

"My wife and I enjoy staying at this hotel when we travel through Rome. It a beautiful property with great service and all the amenities you need. It located just off the Grande Raccordo which makes it easy to get in and of of the area for car travel. Rooms are very clean and well stocked with water (sparkling and flat), tea and coffee. All the bathroom amenities you need. The staff is extremely nice and very helpful. Breakfast offers a great assortment and service is the best!"

"Our stay here was absolutely amazing. They provided a WhatsApp number to ask when we were arriving so that everything would be smooth upon arrival and also made us a reservation for the restaurant before we got there. The restaurant was amazing, the food was very good and the service was lovely. Everyone was very helpful and kind and made the stay very enjoyable, easy and relaxing. The rooms were well maintained and very cleaned and it had everything you would need. There was a skylight above the beds and was very beautiful. The gardens and pool were well maintained and lovely to look at as well. Overall, I would recommend this place to other people and I would stay here again. Well worth the price!"

"A good 45 minutes from Rome.....and a 60 euro taxi drive The hotel is related to the swimming pool and hotsprings....but cost additional. Overall the stay was nice if you dont mind being away from the busy aspect of the city. The train is nearby...a 5 minute walk if you are good with metro travel....although the tiburtini station can be confusing....."
