"Well maintained gardens, pool areas very clean, no need to fight over sun beds, nice private beach, rooms were kept very tidy, We enjoyed the beach, the beautiful scenery around hotel. Some staff are a bit rude, food wasn't the best, breakfast had little options, we dint had a meal place and that was good as we tried dinner there once for 25 eur per person and it's was absolutely terrible, two pasta dishes to choose from, frozen fish and beef, nothing tasty. Do your own research and find some good restorants around we found the one called RISTROT was the best. 15 min driving. "

"Look no further. This place is so much more wonderful than the pictures. Gorgeous property, quiet, no kids, great rooms, amazing included spa amenities, free beach chairs and umbrella w drink service. Easy jump off point to Arbitax for boat rental and orsei beach exploration. Just do it. "

There’s much to love about this place. It’s not a luxury resort so if that’s what you’re after this is not your place but it’s a unique property, quaint, charming and cozy in a scenic, quiet area away from everything. Our room was nicer than expected and comfortable. Overall it was better than expected. The restaurant was actually not as good as expected although it’s charming and dry busy. We had dinner there two nights in a row. One night the service was great. The second night it was abysmal. The food was unremarkable but very inexpensive. "
