Basically an older hotel that is barely keeping up. The rooms were fine, staff pleasant. Hallways were poorly lit and hotel decor outdated. The lounge closed an hour early both nights. Staff politely pointed out the liquor store nearby. There was no ice in the only ice machine. When I asked the front desk they said “Yeah it has been broke since last summer”… Last Summer! They did cheerfully fill my ice chest from the back but still… also they had a hard time getting the Front Desk check in technology to work, seems to be an ongoing issue. I also had to get a hotel Tech Guy to get the TV remote to work with the TV. That said it was $50 a night cheaper than the nearby (and new) Holiday Inn Express, so as a value purchase I feel I got what I paid for.

Filthy!!! Same coffee spills on the lobby stairs/floor for 3 days straight, along with all the dirty track marks. Sent me to the 2nd floor and there are no elevators. The ice machine has been broken since summer! They don't take very good care of it.

Worse smelling hotel room ever. We were in a pet room so wasn’t expecting the nicest room but this was so bad. We walked across the street to Walmart and bought a wax warmer just to barely survive. People around us smoking cigarettes and slamming doors all hours of the night.

When I got too the hotel I had too sit there for 90 min while I waited on someone too get tho and check me in. They left the premises. The front desk work was completely off premises for 90 minutes. I was a female there at night waiting and it was very uncomfortable and scary. I don’t think I should have had too pay fir my room.. I would like a refund. I didn’t get too check in till after midnight and was gone by 7 am . It’s was a horrible experience

The outside of the hotel is older looking but that was to be expected. The room itself was also pretty average, only real complaint is the walls were pretty dirty with splashes all over. The rest of the room was decent. I had to make a quick run to Walmart and when I was getting into my car, the parking lot had several homeless people camped out. As a solo female traveler, it didn’t make me feel super safe. I was going to check out and change my reservation, but I spoke to Teresa and she was amazing and made me feel better. The second night there were kids screaming and crying from about 9pm to 8am next door to my room. The walls are very thin and I did not get any sleep. I didn’t go to the bar or breakfast area, so I cannot rate those. Overall, not horrible but I would not stay here if I was in town again.

The front desk associate wasn't there. I walked around looking for someone. Even calling out without a response. I waited a while before I turned my watch timer on and it was another two minutes before a person showed up. Lights in the hallway were not on. It was eerie.

The location was perfect (right between Walmart and the winery where the festival was). Our room was perfect for a pet; we were able to sit outside our room in lawn chairs. The hotel was kept clean, but needs upgrades and some are in progress. Our shower had peeling fiberglass and a leaky faucet; the bathroom door was broken where the knob goes. The halls have uneven floors. The pool area is nice but had no functioning hot tubs. However the staff was accommodating, pleasant, cheerful and eager to please. Food options for breakfast were good and the person stocking them did an awesome job. Overall we had an awesome stay and will stay there again next year (when we hope to see some upgrades -- some are in process now). The bar staff is also great and make great drinks.
