"This apartment is managed by a management company. It was the only one where I had to pay a damage deposit (150 Euros) up front. You only get refunded 10-15 days after their confirmation of the way we left it. In our case they refunded when I asked for a status after 13 days. The location is near the metro which is wonderful. The apartment is clean inside. The outdoor seat cushions have been exposed to the elements for a long time and should be disposed of. There was a pool of water under the...

"So me and 3 of my mates ended up booking badalona instead of Barcelona, typical error when you are brainless and basically wanting the sesh, however... The apartment in its self couldn't have been better.... The only problem we personally had was dropping a 300 euro deposit down in case anything broke, but hey ho maybe Alcam should down the price would bring in more sales and people, it's next to the beach many restaurants literally below the apartment, a supermarket a 2 minute walk...

"Superb hotel. Excellent stay. Great location for the Conference center. Check in was Natalia who was super helpful and welcoming. We were able to avail of early check in and this was amazing with our early flight arrival and our baby. It was amazing to get settled earlier. The hotel breakfast is all you could ask for, gym is ideal also and the restaurant is great for Tapas. Would definitely stay again. "

"Very nice staff. I do not speak any Spanish besides Hola and they still understand me. They are very respectful. The restaurant is good and the staff is great. They will charge everything to your room and you can buy snacks etc. They have a nice area where you can sit outside and smoke and relax. They also have a rooftop area with tables where you can also smoke and eat if you like. The sunset from the rooftop is beautiful. It is called a solarium which you take the elevator that says solarium to go to. It is a short walk to get to the mall and restaurants. There is a busstop there, but. They do offer Dove bodywash, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap. You use your keycard and put in a space on the inside by the door to keep the electricity in the room working. This is a genius idea to save wasted electricity. If you want to be directly in Barcelona this is not the best place to stay if you don't have a car. If you get a taxi from the airport (which is super simple to get, you go to the taxi area and stand in line. Then make sure they are aware which Holiday Inn and that they undstand the address."
