"Great place to stay. Good access to major scenic towns and hiking in the Picos de Europas. Was little disappointed they didn't have air conditioning running in November so we could keep room really cold for my wife, however they brought us a fan and that worked well. Great food and service. Breakfast was delicious and the lasagna dinner was memorable. Beds could use some upgrading as they were a bit stiff. Again service is top notch and everyone is so helpful. "Nice quiet place with lovely scenery and very comfortable rooms and large beds. The pool was a decent size, but the hot tub was not warm when we visited. Helpful staff as there are limiited dining options, so be prepared to drive somewhere to eat. Not easy to spot the entrance to the hotel. It is accessible via the double wooden door and an intercom as seen from google street view of the address. Would recommend for couples. "

"This hotel is absolutely beautiful with a very interesting history. The entrance is elegant and it feels both grand and classy. The staff are courteous, professional and friendly, they always make you feel welcome. The room is very spacious, the closets are well designed with plenty of space for longer stays. The room was clean; however, the only thing is that the rug needs a heavy cleaning. The hotel is located in a safe neighborhood, walkable to stores, restaurants and other interesting places. I will definitely recommend this hotel to family & friends. We will be back."
