Lovely hotel and a great room. A bit different compared to hotel chains. All staff friendly and helpful. Parking in hotel grounds a bonus for the area. Breakfast very good. Only criticism is I’d have preferred a wider breakfast menu.

room was clean, staff at the bar were lovely, staff at breakfast ladies were lovely, one guy a bit miserable. it was occasionaly a bit noisy, dont know when people were using the shower or toilet, or just when heating or something came on. We did enjoy our stay, and might be back one day.

The first room we were given was disappointing as it was next to noisy pub garden and was smaller and more cramped than advertised, thankfully the receptionist was great and moved us to a different room which was lovely and we had a great stay. Food at the nearby Cafe de soleil was delicious and hotel was convenient for wandering round the city and Cathedral

The Falstaff is conveniently located to the train station and downtown. We were able to store our luggage while we waited for our room and explore the neighborhood. The staff is helpful and kind. Breakfast is simple but adequate. Opt for a larger room, especially if there are two of you.

Overall decent hotel. Best thing is convenient location to the train station, dining options and attractions. Warm breakfast options and happy hour incl. boardgames and snacks were great. Rooms could use a makeover (bathroom ceiling crumbling etc) though, especially for the price.

Great property, great location, was really nice and the staff were wonderful, probably the only thing I could say is, an air con unit and a fridge in the room would’ve been good but that’s the other thing I could say that’s remotely negative. Fabulous Falstaff Hotel

We had a wonderful stay! Comfortable room, extremely tastefully decorated with a bonus patio area to enjoy. Lovely breakfast too. Great location for exploring Canterbury. Would highly recommend this hotel

Fantastic hotel and staff

Fantastic hotel. Great bar area and restaurant. The room was large and comfortable and in the large annex at the back so was really quiet. The staff were amazing. So helpful and friendly and the breakfast and evening happy hour were amazing.
