"Altough it is easy to reach, and safe area outside for Free parking, the distance from any place you could go nerd to have a car. All the other issues are very good ad such as staff patirnt and helpfyl, clean room and international breakfast "

"Really cool modern hotel with robot butlers. Fun idea but a little scary! Another good idea was their honesty bars, saves on paying staff I assume! The spa was brilliant, well priced for all day access. The food was really tasty for breakfast and it’s on until 11am. Perfect tor lazy chilled days, they left rose petals on our bed as it was our honeymoon which was a lovely touch. It was a 35 minute walk from the centre of Syracuse and taxis are squirt expensive, there is a bus but we didn’t bother with it. Staff were friendly and helpful. Roof bar was chilled out. The private balcony only had two lounger chair and two of us stayed. I’d suggest having too to encourage more usage. "

"During the check in the staff did not informed all information well, as we had to ask about parking, breakfast and wi-fi. The elevator does not work well, the room was dirty and with a lot of dust, in the cover bed had a red mark on it. It was a reservation a 2 persons and the bed was set up for 1 person. During the breaksfast we asked for a coffee, they prepare and scream in the room "ready!" so we need to get up and go to pick up. on the second day they didnt have egg at all and not so many options. Far far away of this hotel to be a 4 star. I'm used to travel around the world and this hotel fits on MAXIMUM 2 stars (being nice). "
