"Don’t expect 4 star appearances but for the price it’s a great stay. I stayed in the suite with the living room and 2nd TV. No complaints "

"The stay was absolutely wonderful! Clean rooms, clean pool, clean hot tub staff was super nice and the food was really good! Just don’t except your $100 security deposit back immediately, we checked out on Sunday and still haven’t had that refunded to our account. Called and they said it was going back to our card and it’s been over 48 hours and still nothing. Other than that we would definitely stay here again!! And it’s also very kid friendly and safe!! "

"The place is under construction and we were not told. It smelled like glue in the whole building from the flooring they were putting in and the front entrance was blocked with heavy machinery. We asked for a discount and they said since we booked through a third party website there was nothing they could do. I contacted the website (Expedia) and they called the hotel and the hotel refused to give a discount for major construction and the whole place being turned up side down. The staff said this construction had been going on for months and yet not one word from the hotel on their website."

"Clean and comfortable stay "

"It was very clear the staff at the Sheraton were unhappy to have so many guests this week due to a conference. The restaurant on site - staff in no hurry to take our orders, didn't get drinks (water), two separate people ordered and the order came out on one plate, staff ignored us (we were 2 of 4 people in the entire restaurant) and obviously weren't interested in being bothered while they talked and checked phones, check in staff were very unwelcoming. "

"A lot of broken things in my room. Bathroom not very clean and soap scum on soap holder. Very noisy on the third floor and tvs very loud. Bed sheets old and not a good fit on the bed!"
