"I arrived too early for check-in but the super friendly and welcoming desk clerk registered me and gave me a key to the Business Center which had a bathroom. They turned on the air-conditioning for me. The bed is my room was perfrct. Its a large Best Western with a pool, a huge parking lot and many rooms all of which the staff of many keeps very clean. I would stay here again. "

The validation card didn't work at the gate and caused a delay in getting out because it took many calls thru the Help button to actually get someone to let us go "
