バンジョックの滝へ行くためにカオバンに2泊しました。 ここのホテルの目の前がバスの停留所（標識はありませんが）になっているようで、 滝へ行くにも、ハノイへ帰るためのバスターミナルへも困ることはありませんでした。 スタッフが丁寧に教えてくれて、バスに乗る時も行き先を通訳して伝えてくれて本当に助かりました。 ホテル内も清潔で気持ちよく過ごすことができました。 使わないかもしれないけど冷蔵庫があれば星５でした。

The room and bathroom were clean and top quality - best I've found in Vietnam. The host made my trip especially welcoming because he was very friendly and helpful. He even helped me schedule transportation back to Hanoi for a much better price than other options. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone in Cao Bang and will stay here again of I ever return.

Angenehmes, sauberes, ruhiges Hotel direkt an der Flusspromenade mit vielen Cafés und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Ganz liebes Personal. Der Eigentümer spricht englisch, das restliche Personal tut sich etwas schwerer ist aber nicht weniger freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Everything was clean and in top shape. Even the receptionist bathroom was clean (I felt bad for dirtying the floor with my shoes, which was cleaned promptly afterwards). Hotel is in great location -- near the main street where yon get on the local bus to either the waterfall or intercity bus station. Also the hotel is in front of the walking street festival which happens on the weekend. Room was very comfortable. I fell asleep easily. The owner helped out a lot in getting a bus around and tips for the area. Highly appreciate him.

Hotel midden in het centrum van Cao Bang, geen ontbijt faciliteiten, wat toch een minpunt is. Het ligt ook erg ver van Ban Gioc waterfalls, dus beter een homestay nemen dichterbij als dat de reden van je bezoek is. Het is ook heel slecht qua geluidsoverlast, ik dacht echt dat er iemand in mijn badkamer aan het douchen was. Maar als dat niet stoort, dan is het voor de rest een goed en net hotel.

Excellent hotel, amazing staff

Great hotel, super friendly and helpful staff, you can tell they really care about their guests. Room was clean and in good condition. Good location right on the main drag in the center of town. No restaurant in the hotel which would have been nice but there are lots of restaurants around within walking distance and the hotel staff made great recommendations for food. I upgraded my room to a family size as I wanted a bigger bed, which was my mistake as the bed was HUGE and much to big for one person! Lol. Be sure to visit Ban Gioc waterfall if in this area, it is incredible.

清潔で気持ちがよいホテル

とても清潔で気持ちがよいホテル。テレビ、エアコン、ドライヤー、電話機、洗面台など日本ブランドでした。フロントは簡単な英語OK。観光などあまり詳しくはないかもですが聞けば教えてもらえます。バスターミナルから徒歩5分ぐらい。バンゾック滝に行くミニバスは宿の前を通るそうです。

Prix d'excellence Tripadvisor, l'hôtel Chez Jeanne mérite totalement sa distinction. Personnel adorable, parlant correctement anglais, service hors pair (chaque jour sont gracieusement fournis bouteilles d'eau, brosses à dent, rasoir, cotons tige, peigne, savon, sachets de thé et café), chambre petite mais impeccable avec une très bonne literie, salle de bains nickel avec une vraie douche. Rapport qualité prix exceptionnel.
