Nice garden and pool. The room was large with a lovely balcony. Bed is super comfy and great breakfast buffet! But for a 4 star hotel that is not normal not to have tea/coffee maker in the room as well as iron. This hotel is more a 3 star than 4 star one.

Great place to stay

My stay was great, I had to work but could make the most of my time because the hotel is very pretty, the pool is beautiful and the location is perfect. The staff was very helpful and polite.

Hotel sul mare; parcheggio gratuito e centro storico di Paestum raggiungibile in auto in 5 minuti. Personale gentile e disponibile; camera confortevole e spaziosa. Inconveniente: poiché era bassa stagione, ci toccava uscire dall'hotel e andare in un hotel adiacente (di loro proprietà) a fare colazione (e ha piovuto 1 dei due giorni per cui non è stato affatto comodo). La colazione, comunque, era di ottima qualità anche se non molto varia.

La struttura è fra le top senza dubbio, noi siamo andati per una settimana di mare ed abbiamo potuto anche apprezzare l'esclusiva spiaggia del beach club 93. L'unico aspetto meno positivo è che danno priorità alle cerimonie e a volte spiaggia e piscina possono essere utilizzate parzialmente per cui ci si è trovato spesso a lasciare la spiaggia o la piscina.

Pleasant stay convenient to exclusive beach club

Smooth check in and check out. The rooms were clean but could use some upgrading (1 outlet on each side of the bed). Room service menu and iron were not available in room until I called and asked. Beach club access was a huge bonus.

Es handelt sich um ein Hochzeitshotel.

Fast täglich finden in diesem Hotel Hochzeiten statt, so dass für Hotelgäste kein Raum ist. Die Angestellten sind mit der Ausrichtung der Hochzeit und dem Bedienen der Hochzeitsgäste beschäftigt. Die Hotelgäste spielen nur eine Nebenrolle. Auch in dem dazugehörigen Beachclub werden Hochzeitszeremonien und Fotosessions abgehalten, was den Aufenthalt dort ebenfalls einschränkt. Die Preise im Restaurant des Beachclubs sind völlig überzogen und das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis stimmt einfach nicht. Die Portionen sind klein und auch nicht besonders schmackhaft. Der Beachclub ist vom Hotel über 2 km entfernt, so dass man dort nicht gerne zu Fuß hingehen möchte, schon gar nicht, wenn es heiß ist. Wir habn das Hotel vorzeitig verlassen.

They were hosting an all-day and evening wedding and none of the facilities (pool gardens etc) available to paying guests. Were told we could get a shuttle to their beach club for dinner but were later informed by another desk-clerk it too was closed for a private party. Our private-balcony room’s balcony opened directly ont the Porte-cochere and there was a workman doing repairs there early the next morning. Not a word of apology .

Ottimo ristorante ma davvero pessimo albergo!

Ho partecipato ad un ricevimento nunziale di venerdì sera (7/7/2017) e venendo da lontano ho preferito pernottare in struttura. Ricevimento meraviglioso, personale gentilissimo solerte e professionale. Gli ambienti curati e davvero incantevoli. Per la parte alberghiera invece, un vero disastro, assolutamente non degno di un Hotel a quattro stelle. Tornato in camera alle 3.30 del mattino non trovo il lenzuolo ma esclusivamente un piumino, per giunta sporco di sangue!!! Il portiere notturno afferma di non avere personale per risolvere la situazione, solo con mie insistenze e dopo avergli dovuto ricordare che paventano quattro stelle, si mette alla ricerca di personale per risolvere. Dopo circa 30 minuti (4.00 del mattino) 3 signore, addette alla pulizia delle aree per ricevimenti e non delle stanze sistemano il letto (impiegando anche svariato tempo in quanto non trovavano alcune federe) asserendo che fosse normale mettere solo il piumino e non il lenzuolo (a quel punto ho risposto spazientito in malo modo)!!! Il personale della mattina invece è stato davvero gentile. Rimasti a pranzo poi il giorno 8/7/2017 abbiamo avuto un servizio ottimo con grande attenzione e professionalità senza considerare la grande qualità delle pietanze presentateci. Davvero stupendo per cucina, organizzazione banchetti e personale di sala, sconsigliatissimo ed assolutamente non all'altezza delle stelle di cui si fregiano per la parte puramente alberghiera.

Schönes gepflegtes Hotel für Hochzeiten

Wir haben das Hotel wegen Pool gebucht, der jedoch nicht benutzbar war wegen einer Hochzeitsgesellschaft. Ebenso konnte der Garten nicht benutzt werden. Informationen erhielten wir nur auf Anfrage. Es entstand der Eindruck, dass das Hotel keinen Wert auf Individualreisende legt und sich auf Hochzeiten konzentriert. Strandliegen 6 Euro pro Tag und Person, dasselbe für Schirm erschien uns für einen Nachmittag etwas teuer. Aufgrund eines zustätzlichen Gruppenreise war das Frühstücksbüffet leer geräumt und wurde nicht mehr aufgefüllt. Vielleicht hatten wir einfach Pech und Ende der Saison lässt der Service nach. Das Hitel selbst war sauber und gepflegt. Während unserer Kampagnien Rundreise hatten wir in Unterkünften mit weniger Sternen besseren Service.

Einen Plan über die Umgebung des Hotels gab es nicht. Dafür gab es Hochzeiten und andere Partys, dass wir normale Gäste die schöne und hohe Musik bis in die Nacht hören mussten. Eines Abends beschlossen wir im Hotel zu essen, die Auswahl war nicht groß und besonders nicht, da mehrere von diesen Speisen auch nicht vorhanden war. Eines haben wir gelernt, nie mehr in einem Hochzeitshotel zu übernachten.

Tutto perfetto, l'hotel, il servizio spiaggia, la gentilezza del personale. Ottimo anche il ristorante. Tuttavia non abbiamo mai potuto usufruire della piscina perché in questo periodo si celebra un matrimonio al giorno. Ci ritorneremo presto

Outstanding customer service

I stayed in the deluxe or superior double room whatever it's called. The room is spacious with a cute little balcony where you can sit for breakfast, except for it was too hot in July to do so. The 1st room I was put in has the view of the road so not that glamorous and could be noisy. The air-conditioner in this room didn't work and they swapped it for one that worked for me despite the hotel was fully booked because of the wedding. Hotel staff were polite, nice and helpful. The garden is very beautiful and well kept. The pool is not big but you can have access to the beach near by which was amazingly warm and sandy. Overall a nice place to relax, would definitely stay here again if I'm in the region.

Very nice hotel in an area less impressive

The hotel is fantastic to be honnest. It is a wedding/big event hotel. Not so many rooms 20-30 I would guess but the pool area and the facility is built for larger groups. We visisted the hotel in the middle of the week and there were no events that time meaning maybe 5-10 families or pairs were at the hotel with an facility that could handle much more. Service was excellent and the pool was very nice. The rooms were good. The 4-star is border to 5 I would say and to a very resonable price. The restaurant is really good and the head of staff Pasqual was really proffesional and supporting. This is good snice the area lacks other restaurans with in walking distance. The hotel has a beach wich is really nice were you could get sun chairs and sun umbrellas included in hotel price. The Paestum ruins is well spent time and one of the reasons visting this area. If you go here. It is for 2-3 days max. Spend the time visiting paestum and relaxing in the very nice hotelpark and pool area. Having nice dinners at the hotel. Do not expect normal summer vacation with plenty restaurants and bars in the area. We had a great time for 3 nights.

Arrivati in hotel per un matrimonio ci siamo trovati davanti ad un antipasto/aperitivo a bordo piscina davvero faraonico ed un pranzo nuziale davvero unico... Zona piscina davvero pulita e curata... ristorante eccellente... personale davvero preparato e professionale... dopo la cerimonia abbiamo pernottato li e ci siamo trovati davanti ad una stanza composta da un matrimoniale (king size) e un letto singolo (e non un sofa bed) poichè avevoo prenotato una tripla... Frigo bar, cassaforte, tv lcd con mediaset premium, doppio balcone e poi un bagno dotato di tutti i comfort...stanza pulita, lenzuola e asciugamani profumati e puliti, in conclusione staff perfetto, cibo divino, posizione da invidiare, stanza coccolosa...
