"Staff and hotel were great. Hotels.com advertise free parking but it cost €19/day. Hotels.com didn't reply on the discrepancy. Lovely beach, two big pools. Hotel was clean, breakfast buffet had a large selection. Staff were all very friendly. Only downside was the parking issue. If the resort had been busier we would have really struggled to find parking. "

The accomodation was good but a little of a squeeze with 4 people in a room but still fine and seperate beds for children was good (they didn't need to share one single sofa bed). "Everything suited our needs for a short stay with the girls. The staff and guests were really friendly. Cannot fault the hotel but no gluten free options for lunch by the pool. This didn't really present a problem as plenty of options in resort. In resort you could get freshly baked GF baggettes in most restaurants so just ask as not advertised. "

When I asked for the room I reserved, I was told the hotel only had this type room and that expedia site showed something the hotel did not offer. No way to upgrade room or get a double bed. 10 days of misery."

"Staff were excellent. Dining options in the buffet all good, nice range of options. Definite family hotel, but not too loud or crazy. Pool area good, beach very near, warm and calm. Not much around the hotel, but it didn't matter. Really friendly, and thoughtfully set up hotel. Would definitely consider for a relaxing week. "
