"The hotel staff were great and super helpful. However, we found cockroaches & bug in our room and our bathroom sink was really filthy as the cork for it was broken The water glasses were dirty too It looked like the room wasn’t cleaned properly Don’t think we will stay here again sadly. Copthorne in Paihai is a way better choice when it comes to millennium hotels"
