"Good breakfast.
Great pool - it’s the City’s aquatic centre (connected building) so it’s much larger than you’d get at a normal hotel. The pool hours started early, and there were life guards on duty."
"We stayed at the inn for one night. It is centrally located, closr to many restaurants, and very easy to get to. We really enjoyed being close to the waterfront. The room was comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was fine, but not exceptional."
"It’s a unique hotel for sure, the former CFB Summerside. It’s not in walking distance to anything but it’s a cool little hotel with amazing staff. The gym has a fantastic weight selection and some basic cardio equipment, the rooms are well maintained, clean, quiet and the AC works a dream. The onsite restaurant is excellent for breakfast, great value, lots of gluten free options and again, incredible staff. The water is not potable at the moment so they provide as much bottled water as you need so it’s not an issue at all. Slemon Park hotel offers excellent value and for a comfortable, clean home base, I recommend it highly."
"Tout était parfait. La chambre était impeccable avec plein de petites attentions . Lestley est une hôte remarquable et ses déjeuners sont plus que délicieux! Je recommande à 110% !!"
"Beautiful, quiet, comfortable property. Clean, excellent amenities. We loved the communal areas to sit and chat with our friends. Bugs were bad, but they provided bug spray, and we were fine. Close to beautiful beaches. We’ll be back."
"We stayed here while traveling with our dog and chose a room with a kitchenette. After long days on the road, it’s really nice to arrive somewhere comfortable and relaxing, but unfortunately the room felt quite worn out.
The kitchenette could use some attention. The stove was very old, and the microwave was old and extremely noisy. There were only two large plates, which isn’t enough if you’re offering a kitchen. There were no dishwashing supplies, and the sponge appeared to have been left behind by previous guests.
The room itself also needs maintenance. The ceiling had many stains and uneven patches, the window screen had holes that were covered with tape, and the window would only close properly if someone pressed on it from outside.
Outside, it would be great to have a few more tables where guests could sit and relax. A barbecue would also be a wonderful addition.
On the positive side, the beds were comfortable, and the bedding and towels were clean.
With a few updates and better-equipped kitchen facilities, this place could be much more enjoyable, especially for travelers who spend long hours driving and are looking forward to a comfortable place to rest."
