"We would have rated this excellent all the way across except we had an unpleasant experience at check in. We pre registered as they asked. When we arrived at 2:32 pm my husband went to check in only to be told we couldn’t check in til 3. Ok so we sat in our car and watched 3 other parties go in and come out with the map of the grounds and their keys..?? Hmmm So we decided at 2:57 to try and once again check in.. the fella that told my husband no early check-ins was no longer there.. the gal that was, was pleasant enough she gave us many excuses as to why we were told this. As she was trying to come up with excuses the fella that had talked to my husband was in the room behind the check in area snickering and laughing.. But other than this …the place is a nice clean place to stay while on the Cape "

"The owners and the staff were outstanding. Extremely friendly and welcoming. They served us breakfast early because we had day trips planned and were extremely accommodating in every aspect. I will be staying at this Inn next year! Absolutely perfect in every aspect. Thank you Mark, Amy, Marissa and the others for being so welcoming. "

"Thé room was beautiful and spotless. There was a nice welcome packet with restaurant recommendations and other information. The room had a refrigerator, that was stocked with cold Spring water & 1/2 & 1/2. There was also a microwave. The bedding was luxurious & high quality, with pillows that had 3 firmness levels. The breakfast was beautifully presented & delicious in a cozy room with a fireplace. We will definitely be staying here again. Some may see the price per night & think it is pricey, especially for off season, but it was well worth the money as this was one of the nicest, cleanest, most comfortable air B & B’s we have ever stayed at. It is also located in a great area with plenty of restaurants, antique shops, biking & walking trails nearby. The perfect place for couples & a getaway weekend."

"We only stayed for 2 quick nights, but the property is lovely and impeccably maintained. The fact that the owner, Phil, is onsite and shares his personal cell phone is great. They also share a different text line for any needs that arise during your stay. We were able to get to various parts of the Cape for meals etc very easily. The pool was closed as it was off season, but they have a great area with a fire pit and several Adirondack chairs that was a nice bonus. Would certainly return to this property in the future."
