"The hotel was lovely. The staff were all excellent. The breakfast every morning was great and very convenient. They had coffee, tea and water available around the clock in the lobby which was a great convenience. The hotel is located in a wonderful part of town. The rooms are large and have lots of amenities. I would recommend the hotel to families. "

There are free refreshments and even free shots of tequila in the hallway in front of the elevator. There is an escalator from the lobby that goes directly to the mall in Arco de Bosques with a variety of upscale dining options. "

"Everything was great. We enjoyed daily housekeeping and great service. The apartment was stylish and had everything we needed. The only issue was the bathrooms shower walls and floores were stained and specially in the edges of the walls there were resedues that looked like mold. If you could clean those up then it will be perfect. "

"Love Fiesta Americana Toreo....the hotel was spotless, room was perfect, swimming pool was warm and enjoyable. This hotel is attatched to a massive mall with great restaurants and a bakery in the mall at Selecto Chedraui, a supermarket on the lower floor. Had the best warm donuts every morning at 7am as well as an amazing tres leches cake for like $15 us. cant wait to come back next year"
