"It was a cute property. Bathroom is a bit small. The room was mostly clean with some hair here & there. We asked for a room away from the front but we were placed in a room facing the front street. Both nights we heard commotion from the outside. The bartender was not so friendly the first night and the rooftop was closed due to rain. Which we completely understand but that was the main reason we booked the hotel. Overall our stay was comfortable."

"The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The staff were very attentive and friendly. We had wonderful breakfasts delivered to our room each morning. Valet parking service was excellent. The shuttle service was also excellent."

"I really like that there's a 24 hour coffee station in the lobby. Please don't ever get rid of that. It's a service that's probably cheap for the company to provide and it brings a lot of joy to the customers. I also appreciated that the coffee station included hot chocolate."

"Hotel was very clean, comfortable, and had a great location! Valet parking got a bit backed up at times, especially around check-in time on a Friday. Once checked in, there was a website link you could use to order the car in advance. When I did that it was always ready when I requested it."

"We stayed at the Homewood Suites in Downtown Richmond primarily to access their rooftop restaurant! The view of the city was awesome and the atmosphere of the space was amazing with its comfy couches, high-top tables and chairs, lighting and, the night we were there, they also had live music! We sampled their charcuterie board, had a few cocktails and enjoyed the evening after a three-hour drive from the Greensboro NC area. Perfect way to wrap up the travel day!"
