Location was convenient to Pula and Nora. There are some great dining options there as well as the archaeological site in Nora and the beaches. I like this small apparent hotel. It's not expensive and very close to old Town. Room was small but big enough for 2 people. People who work here are very helpful and knowledgeable.

Nice beach, wild flamingos in the lagoon, large supermarket and there is a bus stop to go to Cagliari. Regretfully nothing to see without a car.
