"Nice hotel with lovely breakfast but unfortunately we were overcharged twice in Spazio restaurant for our wine. Second time the sommelier was very rude and screwed up the incorrect bill in front of us in anger just because we had pointed out the error for a second time. Very clean well equipped rooms and laguna pool area was very relaxing for adults but unfortunately we will not return to the hotel due to the dining issues."

"Hotel is in the middle of nowhere. It is a slightly odd feeling in May because most of the place is deserted. The beach club wasn't open once and you are around a 25min walk in to the town. Word to the wise - have a hire car. We both paid extra for a deep tissue massage which it absolutely wasn't. Spa are is nice. Staff friendly and breakfast is decent."

"On the website it said that the private beach was open starting May (no specified date) but we found out when we got here that it doesn’t open until after we leave (May 22). This was a major factor when we chose to book. We did go on a boat excursion and to a different beach the last two days there, so this closure was not solely based on weather. Very big let down. Otherwise, the place was clean and the staff were exceptional. In the area, It’s difficult to find shopping/food without spending a ton of money. A car is absolutely necessary unless you want to spend a ton on taxis. "

"Very impressive property in a beautiful location. Highlight of our stay was everyone on the hotel staff who greeted us warmly upon arrival and were very attentive, friendly, and accommodating throughout. They also generously gave us a room upgrade and a complimentary bottle of wine. The pool, fitness center, and breakfast area were amenities we enjoyed. Our room was spacious and clean and comfortable. A big thank you to everyone at the hotel for the memorable stay. "
