"Clean room but it ends there. Beds were very uncomfortable, basic TV. They will knickle and dime you for everything else and may not always deliver what they say."

"Checked into a room that had no heat or AC Vent. A worker came to my room and was unable to fix it but told me in an hour a manager would be there and if not we could swap rooms. Approximately 2 hrs later i went back to front desk and they told me there wasnt a manager coming in and employee that came in my room was "new and didnt know better". So after 11pm i was forced to check out of that room and into another in the adjacent spring hill suites. This room was bigger, nicer and fully functionable. Front desk personel was nice and helpful and location was great being right off the highway."

"The hotel was beautiful. The staff inside was very friendly and accommodating. Our room was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed our trip. "

"We had a good one night stay while in town for an event. The room was clean and decently updated, stocked with everything we needed. The breakfast included was a nice touch and we liked that the property was pet friendly. My only issue was how thin the walls/doors are. We could hear literally everything happening in the connecting room next door and hallway, even though no one was being loud or inappropriate. Luckily we travel with a small sound machine, and kept the TV on while not sleeping, otherwise I don’t think this would have worked for my family. Overall, it was a nice stay and a good value. "

"Pros: The food at breakfast was relatively good. The staff was polite. The TV had a lot of stations to watch. Cons: The room was overpowered by the smell of some kind of deodorant or chemical, and though I was told someone would come address it, nobody did. The room was decent but getting worn (e.g., the drawers were broken and the tub enamel was worn off). The second night, people above us were running and jumping around the room after midnight, and after 1 AM a lady was shouting obscenities in the hallway or next door. Even in the room with her door shut, she could be heard all down the hallway. I don't think the staff cared."

"Nice, Clean, not the greatest area but not too bad! Decent Continental breakfast! Nice rooms, sliding bathroom door is a bit wierd! Overall a nice hotel!"
