No frills stay in a great location. Apartment is large and AC worked well. Towels were very old and stained, akin to rags. Get pool towels. Kitchen is ill equiped. Everything was great. Contactless. Fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. AC in BR and LR. Potable water right outside our door. Only thing for immobile people is no elevator. Highest floor is 3rd.
