The location is good, can be noisy all night if your room is at the front of the hotel. Rooms are not soundproof so if you plan a lie in you may get the noise from the pool area. Cleanliness can Definetly be improved, property also needs maintenance rather than excuses for issues. Some of the front office staff were really good but otherwise the the staff and Restaraunt’s staff were quite poor.

Extremely disappointed. The key card never worked so I had to go the reception every single time and ask them to send someone with a master key card. They replaced my key card 3 times but that didnt help. Meanwhile it was raining and the corridor ceilings were leaking. I found a dead cockroach in my bathroom. So overall...horrible.
