"No TV in room, power goes out everyday, no A/C in a very hot/humid town. The walk from reception/restaurant to any of the 5 casitas is brutal! Must be in very good shape! They should provide golf carts for every trip up and down that steep hill! The view was great and the staff very kind though. Breakfast wasnāt too impressive either."

"We stayed in room 20. Awesome view. Close to the office,breakfast and dining room/bar. Because this was low season, not a lot going on. Very quite. We had dinner 2 night with the cheif Sofia. What great meals. We walked into the small town for 3 other dinners. The Managers had very good recommendations. Also very friendly and knowledgeable about the area."

"We really enjoyed our stay here! The lodge was really clean wit amazing, open spaces and a nice pool. The washroom was clean and the rooms were really comfortable with AC and multiple beds, towels, and some blankets. Raquel was an awesome host and gave us really great recommendations nearby including restaurants and a convenience store. We weren't expecting so many critters but it was easy to keep them out of the bedrooms and didn't interfere much with our stay. It was such a good environment to relax in. Super comfortable, incredibly responsive host, and was a highlight of our trip. Thanks so much Raquel!"

"Lovely staff, great food, as others have said it's very rustic which depends on your point of view how you take that. I loved it however, both ATV transfers we asked for didn't materialise which, esp for the route back, was mildly annoying. Being in the room whilst it was raining cats and dogs during the night was incredible"
