"Arrived earlier and sent out at 35'C despite rooms available. I came back as indicated at 4 pm. Room allocated dirty briefly not made ready. After insisting another room was provided. Staff arrogant and not helpful but not in purpose. They are like that by nature I suppose, as no apologise ..."
