We were allocated room 301 and when we settled noticed that the tea/coffee/sugar was not restocked so I went down to reception to notify. Four Points Flex by Sheraton Cardiff
Staff all helpful & friendly. Room very clean & adequately equipped… bed not very comfortable. We had booked a twin room, not knowing that a twin room at this hotel meant “bunk beds” this should be made clearer on website. Our room was changed to a double on check-in

Fantastic. Quick and easy check in, got in the room early. Room was clean and tidy, brilliant shower, so quiet in the room despite being in city centre and by railway station. Best breakfast I’ve had in a hotel for a long while. Couldn’t fault it.
